The worst experience ever. Don’t go to radical storage. First they want to use ai the assist the customer. (Doesn’t work) and when you call you can’t get a hold of no one. This location is located in a tattoo shop and it was closed today for some reason. There was no sign saying it’s closed. Someone finally emailed me from radical luggage after 30 mins of trying to get a hold of someone. I asked for a refund and they told me I need to send them a picture that the place says it’s closed. There no sign saying they’re closed! They didn’t want to give me a refund. Worst service ever.
