预订和定价都很棒。但门店的工作人员对如何扫描二维码显得非常困惑，似乎对整个流程的处理方式也完全措手不及。我们的背包被放在一个完全暴露在店内人流中的货架上，因此当那位店员忙于其他事务或没有注意时，完全无法防止有人直接从货架上拿走背包并带走。

Booking and pricing was great. The staff at the location was very confused about how to scan the QR code and seemed very caught off guard by how to handle the whole process. Our backpacks were placed on a shelf that was fully exposed to whatever traffic came through the store, so they were not secure from someone just taking them off the shelf and walking out with them when the one store employee was busy/not paying attention.
