When We dropped out bags off The man that helped us asked us to put them next to the freezer ln the main part of the shop When we returned to collect the bags they were in the same place as we left them . Where anyone could of accessed them and removed items Thankfully everything was fine but I would not use this place again

It's not true nothing's there. It is a grocery store and the luggage is stored there. It is worth highlighting it is not a standard luggage room with separate lockers, automatic access, etc. The booking can be done online and pre-paid but the luggage is stored by the stuff and secured by a chain. You are then given the keys to the padlock as a security measure but the luggage was generally accessable to the customers of the store. I had no bad experience though. The stuff is kind and professional.
