Bon service de consignes pour la journée, tout s'est bien déroulé techniquement. Cependant, le personnel n'est vraiment pas agréable : pas un sourire et à peine un bonjour, l'accueil est à revoir. De plus, le lieu est assez mal indiqué, ce qui n'est pas pratique quand on est chargé. Dommage, un peu de convivialité et une meilleure signalétique amélioreraient grandement l'expérience.

They guy took our bags and put them just behind the counter, like 5 feet from the door. They weren't put in another room. They also charged an additional 'security' fee. That should be included in the cost. Why is that extra?

I must cancel the journey

They quickly took our bags and returned them - no problems on this side. The location was also quite convenient right next to Gare Du Nord. One thing we didn’t enjoy, is that they’re leaving the bags in the internal hallway where staff constantly walks by, so one of our bags became a bit dirty. It was also not the most secure place, as theoretically someone can quickly pop in and take the bags. Price wise it could have been cheaper though - our total was €13 for a day for two small suitcases.
