First, there's a false and misleading information on Radical Storage blog about luggage storage service not available in US Open. The location of the storage wasn't great but OK. But when I arrived and showed the QR code from Radical Storage email she didn't know what it was about - she only knew about Bounce service. She eventually was able to look up my reservation but that gave me a little scare.
