¡Una solución perfecta para viajeros inteligentes! Radical Storage me salvó el día. Tenía varias horas libres entre mi check-out del hotel y el vuelo de regreso, y no quería arrastrar mi equipaje por la ciudad. Encontré esta plataforma casi por casualidad y fue la mejor decisión que pude tomar. Reservar fue rapidísimo: solo unos clics en la web y ya tenía una ubicación confirmada cerca del centro. El punto de almacenamiento (una tienda local) fue súper accesible, el personal amable y el proceso de entrega y recogida tomó menos de 5 minutos. Además, me dio mucha tranquilidad saber que mi equipaje estaba asegurado. Lo mejor: sin filas, sin complicaciones, y a un precio justo. Definitivamente usaré Radical Storage en todos mis futuros viajes. ¡Recomendadísimo para quienes quieren aprovechar al máximo su tiempo sin cargar peso!

Good people at the Cafe. Good experience in dropping off, and picking up my suitcase. Thanks ! Nobody enjoys rolling around suitcases in NYC :) I will use them for all of my trips.

No issues with dropping off and retrieving the luggage. And it was intact after one week.

Greeted when I entered the Deli on a Sunday at 0730, my info was confirmed and then bye-bye luggage for the day. Same professionalism that I experienced in the morning when I retrieved circa 1500. Great location near Penn Station and Amtrack Station. Felt my things were safe. Will use again and recommend to others.
