地點非常便利

The sign for Radical Storage was outside the pizza store next door so we initially went to the wrong place. There's no way to know it's actually in a gift store. Bags are left out, not secured. Nothing was put on the luggage to indicate that it was ours - there's a QR code in the app but nothing pasted to the physical bag...so when we came to pick it up 3 hours later, it was there, but we could've taken someone else's bag (accidentally or on purpose). This is a shit system, open to abuse.

Convenient location, reasonable price.

Easy, kind employees

Location was a souvenir shop, close to theaters and open until 11 so I could pick my bags up after a show. Would recommend!
