The young man on reception was very helpful and accommodating after a couple of misunderstandings, the address was confusing, as it should direct to the local point office not the accommodation

行李寄存处位于拐角处的一家商店，不在酒店内。每天下午1:30至3:30关闭。我曾尝试提前去取行李，但没能取到。负责办理入住手续的那位先生非常友善。

Storage is at a store around the corner not at the hotel. Closed between 1.30 - 3.30pm daily. Tried to collect bags earlier and was unable to. Gentleman who booked us in was lovely.

Very easy process. Confirmed both pickup and drop-off with QR code. Very professional and helpful as well with questions.

这个地方很难找到，因为它就在米拉佐港正对面的UPS那类店铺里，而谷歌地图总是把我导航到隔壁那条街上。不过店员非常友好，我的行李也感觉很安全。所以，我强烈推荐这家店，以后旅行时我一定会一直光顾。

This place was hard to find because it is in the UPS type store directly across from the Milazzo port and Google maps kept sending me to the next street over. But the staff is super friendly and my luggage felt really safe. So, I would recommend them highly and always use them when I am traveling.

上下车简单方便。没有延误！需要注意的是，入口与港口在同一条街上，而不是后面那条街--谷歌地图会把你带到后面。

Simple and easy drop off and pick up. No delays! Just be aware the entry is in the same street as the port, not the street behind - Google maps takes you to the rear.
