Acceuil humain, sympathique et explications rassurantes sur le process. Je recommande.

The place was not immediately easy to find: it is a hotel, and not signposted with the Radical Storage brand. There should be better communication on the app about the location being a hotel, and its name. I was a disappointed that there weren't individual lockers or a separate, locked room for luggage: luggage is left in an open area with other travellers' luggage. You are expected to take a photo of your bag to prove it is yours. I was relieved when I retrieved my luggage with nothing missing.

Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Le point de dépôt est juste à côté de la gare. Un prix correct et un service rapide. Je recommande. Merci
