The entire experience was great, from start to finish. It was easy to book online; we felt our luggage was safe, and the pick up process was a breeze. It was very convenient to have this option to store our bags after coming off of a cruise and before having to get to the airport.

It was very practical to book and the staff service was pretty good, fast and with no burocracy. I suggest to have a more effective comunication that Radical storage is inside an another store, because we really spend some time looking for it.
