我们在这家行李寄存处预订了服务，为一个破旧的行李箱和一个背包支付了13欧元。到达现场后却发现已经关门了。于是我们决定拨打网站上提供的电话号码：号码无法接通。随后我们联系了客服，但尽管通过邮件和应用程序都进行了联系，却迟迟未收到回复，只收到自动回复。我强烈不推荐这家行李寄存店，更不推荐这个网站。我们正在等待退款。

Nous avons réservé dans ce luggage storage , et nous avons payé 13€ pour une pauvre valise et un sac. En arrivant devant tout était fermé. Nous avons donc décidé d’appeler le numéro de téléphone fourni par le site : non attribué. Nous nous sommes alors tourné vers le service d’assistance mais aucunes réponses rapidement, ce malgré un contact par mail ET sur l’application. Nous n’avons obtenu que des réponses automatique. Je déconseille très fortement ce magasin pour garder les valises et de manière plus générale ce site. Nous sommes dans l’attente d’un remboursement.

好吧……没问题……但考虑到从罗马奥斯蒂恩塞车站的站台到皮加费塔酒吧（行李寄存处）——而不是Eataly——还有一段路要走，这确实有点不方便！！而且如果你要去乘坐位于车站另一侧的皮拉米德地铁站……那可真不太理想！不过酒吧的老板很友善，人也挺讨人喜欢！

Ok...Va bene...ma un po scomodo se consideriamo che dai binari della stazione Roma Ostiense al Bar Pigafetta (deposito bagagli) e non Eataly un po di strada bisogna farla!! e se devi andare a prendere la metro Piramide lato opposto della stazione....non è il massimo! Comunque il gestore del Bar è stato gentile e simpatico!

We had a good experience there. The staff was friendly. The luggage store is in a Bar / Café, which is very good as well. Also you can get a water or food for your journey.

Cortesia, puntualità e comodità. Molto pratico in quanto vicinissimo alla stazione Ostiense lato Eataly.
