Booking was easy, dropping off and collection was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful! Would definitely use again! Have the option for flexible pick up and drop off saved us having to rush around.

Wasn't quite sure about this as it wasn't at Marylebone Station - in fact, the website didn't tell you where the luggage store was until after booking. But pleased to say the location was virtually opposite Baker St Underground so made it very convenient dropping off and picking up. Friendly and helpful staff too. All good.
