This was a great benefit for us. The app was easy to navigate and the place was easy to find. We were glad that the storage area is inside and secure. We were able to enjoy the day without our bags, and pick up was easy as well. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a mandatory insurance charge per bag that doesn't show up in the initial pricing. However, even with that charge, it was still very much worth it for us!

It's fine, it's just annoying that you have to obligatorily book the insurance for one pound and 75 pence. That, of course, increases the price, making this location not much cheaper than others. The staff aren't particularly friendly, but otherwise, everything went smoothly.

Ok price, easy to find the location. Fast service at drop off. Easy to chat with the support when I had some questions. And to add another bag.
