Convenient, professional storage

The person at reception of the hotel took our bags for us and was extremely professional and courteous. When we returned, the bags were brought out promptly. The whole experience was a positive one and made for a convenient way to store luggage while we explored Lucca for the day. I felt better leaving our bags at this quaint hotel than I would have leaving them at a station or in a locker.
