We had a very smooth experience with storing our belongings. The location is very central and easy to find. The gentleman who dealt with our booking was very friendly and helpful and we were in and out in no time, leaving more time for exploring Lancaster, and the pick up was equally speedy. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this facility.

The Lancaster superstore location was conveniently located near the rail station, but the owner didn’t open the store on time. 20 minutes late so we stood outside trying to figure out what to do next. The radicalstorage.com chat bot was useless. It asked us to call the store. Well, if it is not open nobody is going to answer. The store finally opened and from there the service was fine.
