Experience was good. The location received (for drop-off) was very accurate, and the process was easy.

Excellent service and a very friendly owner. The process was hassle-free: just walk in, show the Radical Storage code to scan, and the owner takes you to a secure room where your luggage is well kept. The only issue is the booking website doesn't clearly indicate which specific storefront to look for among several at the same address. We accidentally went to the wrong store first, but the right one was right next door. Highly recommend for an easy luggage drop-off!
