This was the first time that I ever left my luggage at a locker place besides the hotel I was staying at. It was very easy. The app was very easy. The employees of the store were very nice. Took our stuff and secured it right away and when we came back to Retrieve our luggage, they scanned a QR code that was given to us . It was very easy and safe. I would definitely do it again.

我認為，那位服務人員態度欠缺熱情，還不足以成為扣掉一顆星的充分理由。你抵達後，他會掃描你的手機、拍下你的行李照片，然後將行李送往下客區的後方。取件時也是同樣的流程：不囉嗦，不拖延。營業時間長這一點值得加分。

I don't think the lack of warmth in the guy who's attending is a reason strong enough to remove a star. You get there, he scans your phone, takes a picture of your luggage, and takes it to the back end of the drop-off. Same deal when you pick it up: no fuss, no delay. Extra point for long open hours.
