The location was central and, once we had found it the first time, easy to access. We felt our bags were secure there. However, the directions were not very clear (we had to ask in a nearby shop) and there were no instructions for opening the security door to get into the building - we were lucky that another customer came out within a few minutes. The storage facility was also down a steep flight of stairs which was not mentioned prior to booking.

Can't fault it. Directions given, access and greetings were suberb. Much appreciated.

Easy booking and payment, no problem to find location and deposit, easy collection.

Everything was ok. Only problem one thing I can suggest to put Radical Storage on the door. And it was not clear how to call on the reception. The rest was super.
