Downstairs → Platform 5 → JUST CAFE Convenient location, but very difficult to find I booked and paid for my luggage storage online in advance, as instructed on the website. However, when I arrived at Poznań Główny station, it was almost impossible to find the storage location. There is no clear sign for Radical Storage, and even the station staff didn’t know where it was. I’m sharing this review and attaching photos because without the comments on Google Maps, I would probably never have figured it out. Here’s how to find it: opposite platform 5, go downstairs into the passage. You will see a café called JUST CAFE — this is where the Radical Storage luggage storage is located. You need to show your QR code to the staff, and you can leave your luggage there. Apart from the difficulty finding the place, everything was great. The staff were very polite and friendly, and the location is extremely convenient because you can leave your luggage right next to the platforms without having to walk far around the station. I would definitely recommend adding clear signage and much more detailed directions on the website and booking confirmation. It would make the experience much easier for travellers, especially those arriving at the station with luggage.

Very good experience with this location. It's a cafe called 'just cafe' located in the tunnel under platform 5. The muslim ladies are kind and at check-in scan the QR code and take a picture of your luggage. When you pick it up they scan the code again, so I guess is a pretty safe. Highly recommended.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z usługi wszystko sprawnie sam punkt znajdował się w przejściu między peronami więc nie było problemu z lokalizacją szybki serwis jeżeli chodzi o pozostawienie i odbiór walizek, miła obsługa, polecam.

Bardzo się cieszę że są alternatywy dla ciągle zajętych szafek na dworcu.

Bardzo mile Panie z obslugi ale sama przechowalnia ukryta w tunelu dworca przy peronie numer 5. Polecam.
