我昨天想寄存我的行李箱，但尽管我已经预付了费用，也手头有确切的地址，我们还是没能找到这个地方。我们询问了几位邻居（商店），还去了地铁站，但没人知道那里。我们花了30多分钟寻找，因为下一个寄存点离得更远。遗憾的是，我甚至无法退款，因为该网站的帮助页面无法正常使用。总之，这次经历令人失望。

I wanted to drop of my suitcase yesterday and we couldn't find this place even though I payed in advance and had the exact adress. We asked several neighbors (shops), went to the metro station and nobody knew it. We spend more then 30 minutes looking for it because the next storage was even further. Unfortunately I also couldn't get my money back because the help site of the website didn't work. All in all disappointing.
