工作人員態度友善，幫我們拿行李、貼上標籤，並將行李送上樓。當我們下午晚些時候返回時，他們還特地上樓幫我們取回行李箱。服務很不錯，雖然價格稍高，尤其是加上保險費之後。

Staff were friendly and took our luggage, put tags on them and took them upstairs. When we returned later on in the afternoon, they went upstairs to get our cases. Service was good, although a little bit pricey especially with the insurance fee.

Llegué un poquito más temprano y me hicieron esperar afuera, siendo que en realidad uno paga todo el día. Igual lo entiendo pero podrían haber sido más amables. Cuando fui a retirar a la tarde era medio un lío el lugar. No tardaron pero me pareció desorganizado.
