千万别来这里。把这地方叫作行李寄存处简直是荒谬。这不过是超市里的一间房间，连门都没有，更别说锁了。我到了那里付了钱，当我去查看我的包会被寄存在哪里时，立刻就有一种不祥的预感。（再次强调，那个房间没有门，路过的任何人都能清楚地看到里面的行李）我礼貌地解释说，我不再愿意把行李留在这里，并要求退款。前台的那名男子（大约下午1点）拒绝了，并开始对我大吼大叫，粗暴地抓起我的包，把它扔进后面另一间同样没有锁的房间里。我道歉并再次强调不放心把行李留在这里。他咆哮着说我可以拿走行李，但不会退款。他说这将被视为店内消费，并继续大吼大叫。周围的顾客都在盯着看，我吓坏了，于是抓起行李跑了出去，觉得为了区区5欧元，不值得拿自己的安全和财物安全去冒险。我今年18岁，是一名独自旅行的女性。这种行为令人作呕，而且属于虚假宣传。请使用距离不到30米处的“Stow Away”寄存处——那里有真正的储物柜，能确保您的财物安全。

Do NOT come here. Calling this luggage storage is ridiculous. It is a room in a supermarket shop with NO DOOR let alone a lock. I got there and paid and when I went to see where my bag would be store, instantly had a bad feeling. (Again, room with no door and bags completely visible to anyone walking by) I politely explained that I didn't feel comfortable leaving my bag anymore and asked for a refund. The man at the front desk (around 1pm) refused and started screaming at me, roughly grabbing my bag and throwing it in a separate room in the back that still did not have a lock. I apologised and still repeated I wasn't comfortable leaving it. He screamed that I could take my bag but wouldn't get a refund. He said it would be classified as store purchase and continued screaming. Customers were staring and I was scared so i grabbed my bag and ran out, deciding my safety and belongings safety wasnt worth arguing over 5 euros. I'm 18 years old and female solo traveler. Disgusting behaviour and false advertisement. Use the stow away storage not even 30 meters away- it has actual lockers that will keep your belongings safe.

一切都很完美，位置、整体体验也都很好。唯一的问题是，Urquinaona 地铁站没有电梯，行李太重无法进出。

Everything was perfect, location, overall experience also. The only thing is that the metro Urquinaona doesn’t have elevators to get in-out with heavy luggage.

从退房到登机之间有整整9个小时的空档，这段时间简直尴尬透了，我们本以为得在机场困上一整天。多亏了Radical Storage，省去了不少麻烦——通过App预订超级快，在Angel咖啡馆用二维码办理入住也只花了30秒左右。这简直是颠覆性的体验，哈哈，强烈推荐。

We had a super awkward 9-hour gap between checking out and catching our flight and were gonna be stuck at the airport all day. Radical Storage saved us the hassle the app was super fast to book and the QR code check-in took like 30 seconds at the cafe Angel. Such a game-changer lol totally recommend it.

我原本还担心那个大背包，但因为是固定运费，所以完全不用担心，而且那位“天使”非常友好。

I was worried about my big backpack but the flat rate meant no worries at all and the Angel was so nice.
