Making a booking easy using the app. The location was very convenient from where we were staying. Drop off was great too. A couple of concerns though. The storage area didn’t appear very secure as it didn’t appear to have been locked. Also we weren’t given a receipt when we collected which meant we could have taken anyone’s bags and anyone could have taken ours. Next time I will take a photograph of our luggage as we leave it.

Wasn’t even aware this service existed! It was an ideal way to spend the afternoon exploring Barcelona after disembarking our ship and waiting for our evening flight home
