一切都很完美：营业时间、地理位置（离我的房间只有3分钟路程：），还有工作人员的亲切态度。我遇到的唯一问题出在网站上。当我进入支付页面时，即使尝试了好几次，页面上依然没有任何反应。在线客服虽然很贴心，但响应稍慢（我收到回复时已经太晚了，而且对方建议我换个浏览器，但我之前已经试过了）。所以我只好下载了App。这样虽然能正常支付了，但我却错过了原本享有的优惠。不过也没关系 :)

Everything was perfect: the opening hours, the location (it was 3mn from my room :), the kindness of the staff. The only problem I had was on the website. When i reached the payment page, it didn’t work even if i tried several times, nothing appeared on the page. The online help was nice but a bit slow (I received the answer too late, and it said to change browser which I had done). So I had to download the App. Then it worked but I lost a promotion i had. But that’s all right :)
