Went here as booked, they told me I had to go to another location, no reason given. Went to the other location (Artists’ Union of Armenia), they had never heard of Radical Storage and had no idea what I was talking about. Went back to the original location and they reluctantly agreed to take my bags. I really could have done without all this hassle and back and forth in hot weather hours before I was due to fly home.

Thank you for your help!

It's Ok, maybe good, not excellent. A few serious issues: 1) There is no dedicated space for luggage and I had to leave my luggage in the corner of the working room. 2) There is no any receipt/confirmation that my luggage is stored in this place. It's too much informal, too risky. I feeled insecure walking while my luggage was stored this way. Also I would say that showing exact address of the storage after payment is a shitty business. Not good if you don't know exact terms of the place. If I've known about this location before paying I wouldn't do that. If I will have a choice next time I will be looking for alternatives but not your service and not this location. Still thanks for the service and good luck!
