It was fast and easy to drop off and pick up. We totally recommend Radical Storage if you are in downtown Chicago. We will use them again.

Both the drop off and pick up were dealt with professionalism by the employees. The female who assisted me with my pick up allowed me to reorganize my luggage inside the store which was helpful so I didn’t have to carry around a shopping bag with my last minute purchases.
The location is convenient and clean. The app was easy to use and had many locations to choose from. This location is near my train station so I will definitely use it again.
