Love it! The owner was so kind! We called the store to let them know that we’re going to arrive late to pick up our luggage, past their closing time. He told us not to worry and that he’d wait until we arrived. We were so grateful because we had a bus to catch right after picking up our luggage. Really appreciate his kindness and amazing service! Highly recommend!

Easy and very convenient as our flight out of town was very late, we were able to sightsee most of the day.

The storage facility was fantastic but Radical Storage needs to work with the vendor so a claim receipt (like any Valet would) is provided upon drop off. Without a receipt, if there is a mishap, I suspect Radical Storage would deny a claim since how would the patron provide proof of drop off. Radical Storage can and should do better by providing vendor with numbered claim slips.

Radical storage worked well when I had to leave my laptop for an event at Mercedes Benz.
