Having never used a luggage store facility, I felt a bit unsure booking this. The truth is, it was very easy to book, access and deposit luggage, freeing up the day to explore. A few seconds to collect as the taxi arrived. Very happy. The deposit was managed via QR code scanning and WhatsApp which was not clear on booking, so if you are hesitant with this maybe use another facility.

It took us 25 mins to check in while I had prepaid. There was no one at the venue and we were assigned one locker for 7 pieces of luggage. In the end someone showed up but not really smooth. Also odd that you pay as much for 2 hours as for a full day.

Storage OK but advertised space for luggage somewhat misleading. Had to rent a 2nd unit. Other than that, all OK. Storage lockers clean and personnel helpful. Also, is situated in a laundry business, address is accurate but sounds like its in the train station.

Perfect solution for travelers like me waiting for the apartment to be ready in Koukaki’s area. The shop is close to the metro station, the modern art museum..It is easy to find , employees are kind and helpful.
