Really great service when I finally found it! The staff at the shop that stored my bag were terrific. But the Radical Storage app directions and the location on the notification were somewhat unclear. Online support was not available when I needed to check the address. Found it by asking at another Ezy Mart nearby. Luckily Ihad allowed enough time and knew the city and spoke the language. If I was in a hurry, or travelling and a foreigner that drawback would be a significant challenge.
