服务非常棒，离中央车站很近，如果你在出发或办理入住手续前还想在城里逛逛，可以先把行李寄存在那里。

这已经是第二次把行李寄存在你们这里了。两次最终把行李寄存下来都经历了一番波折：第一次是因为预订信息没发到店主那里，所以他不知道我们要来（我们在店门口等了半小时）；第二次则是收到一封邮件，说这家店已经无法提供寄存服务了。不过客服中心做得不错。能直接与真人沟通这一点帮了大忙。

We left our luggage with you for the second time now. Both times it was quite an experience to finally drop off because first time The booking did not reach the owner so he didn't know we were coming (we had to wait half an hour in front of the shop) and second time we received an email that the shop was no longer available. Help center was good though. The possibility to write with an actual person helped a lot.
