首尔站 行李寄存

Our luggage was stored safely for a week, but the organization was lacking. Our four luggage pieces were spread about the facility and it took a good 15 minutes for all of them to be located. Very conveniently located across from Seoul station.

Didnt know before hand that the storage at Seoul station could mean storage at nearby hotels with no lifts/elevators. Had to lug our suitcases around and carry them up stairs. Wasnt too far, but I thought I would be storing them at the Station. Which was a bit misleading and we ended up spending too much time finding the hotel. No other problem with the storage, very clear process. Pickup process also very easy. There are other storage options at the station, not sure about expenses.

Bags safe, but almost didn’t have enough room to store them despite the booking showing no issue. Not a lot of space at all

Somebody could have easily walked into the place and stolen some suitcases. They weren't secure at all. For that price I expect better.

Location is good, fairly close to Seoul Station (though not in it). Can't complain about the price, but I didn't really check any alternatives so don't know if I had a good deal or not. Luggage security isn't the best. There's a security camera but no locked doors. Nothing physically stopping someone from walking in off the street and stealing your luggage. I needed to carry my heavy luggage up and down some very tight and narrow stairs which wasn't a great experience.

Location is across the street from the airport transfer station, use NAVER map to identify. Not too bad. But I guess the price in the station itself is quite similar if you’re storing your luggage within the day, could be cheaper. If you intend to store more than 9 hours, this option will be a better deal.
