The restaurant staff was a bit late in their opening hour. Otherwise they were very helpful and friendly. Great to use again.

If you have in-between time for back-to-back cruises and need to stow your luggage for a couple days Radical makes it super easy at a low-cost. Why struggle with taking your bulky luggage on a train or taxi into Rome? The drop-off location was easy to find, and when I had an issue with timing for pickup it was resolved quickly through email. Highly recommend!

Booking was straightforward…I even added two bags after the initial purchase. The location is a little weird…no sign indicating they are Radical Storage…it’s a grocery store. But it worked seamlessly. He had the information he needed on his phone…I showed him the QR code and that was it. The shop is a less-than-5-minute walk west and north of the train station. The walk is hard on luggage wheels but doable. I think their charges may be a little high but the convenience was worth it.
