This was a long, exhausting ordeal. I visited four locations; three were closed, and at the only open one, a staff member lied and tried to intimidate me out of my reservation. He became so confrontational that he accused me of being the aggressor, forcing me to call the police for my own safety. I felt completely unsafe at the location I booked. The staff's behavior was dangerous and highly unprofessional. This business is a safety hazard and should be removed from your platform immediately.
