It was so easy to use the luggage storage service. The office itself is in the carpark so you can go down to the office via the carpark main entrance through which cars enter and exit. Do remember to make your booking online before heading down to secure your space. The luggage itself is stored opposite the office in a storage room. My friends and i felt confident and secure leaving our luggage here. This location was also close to our apartment and so it was so convenient for us. :-)

The site to reserve was easy. What was difficult was finding the location. Since it was a grocery store, there needed to be a sign with “Radical Storage here”.

Ho depositato il mio bagaglio a Gran Gusto di Napoli. Non é stato facile trovarlo. Google Maps lo indicava male. Inoltre, una volta entrata nel supermercato, non c'era nessun cartello/indicazione Radical Storage e ho dovuto chiedere al bar interno. Mi é stato indicato il banco informazioni dall'altro lato. Anche lì, nessun cartello/indicazione, ho chiesto, mi hanno detto ok e mi hanno detto di uscire, prendere l'ascensone e scendere al parcheggio sotterraneo. Lo storage é praticamente nell'ufficio del guardiano del parcheggio. Il guardiano ha poggiato le borse per terra ed é uscito senza chiudere a chiave la porta dell'ufficio. Da migliorare: ci dovrebbero essere dei locker in quell'ufficio, stile ostelli, per mettere i bagagli oppure una stanzetta che si possa chiudere a chiave. L'informazione per raggiungere lo storage, va migliorata con una descrizione. Tipo: lo storage si trova all'interno del supermercato Gran Gusto, recarsi al banco informazioni. Per il resto, ok. Ho apprezzato la presenza di molti punti storage nel centro.
