这是我对在Bounce这家门店寄存行李的体验评价。今天上午10点30分左右，我遇到了世界上最差的前台工作人员。我们走进前台询问行李寄存事宜，当时我并不知道需要提前预订。那位工作人员粗鲁地质问我为何没有提前预订——如果我早知道的话，肯定会提前预订的。当我试图浏览Bounce网站并完成预订时，他完全没有提供任何帮助。当我试图确认是否选对了地点时，明明选错了，这位工作人员却回答说“没错”。恳请奥罗拉酒店管理层解雇这位员工，他完全不适合在前台工作。

This is a review of my experience trying to store our luggage at this Bounce location. I have met the world's worst front desk staff today at around 10:30 am. We went into the front desk to ask about storing our luggages, and I didn't know that we had to reserve in advance. The staff rudely asked why I didn't book in advance, which I would've done if I knew beforehand. He offered absolutely no help at all as I was trying to navigate the Bounce website and make the booking. When I was trying to confirm if I chose the right location, the staff said yes when it turned out to be the wrong location. To Hotel Aurora management, please fire this staff, he has absolutely no business working at the front desk.
