洗衣房不好找，也没有行李存放处的标志。他们把我的行李放在门边，没有安全感，不像是上锁或放在安全的地方。我比预订时间提前 30 分钟取回了行李，但由于他们没有通过系统退房，所以在应用程序中显示为延迟取货。如果我有其他选择，我绝不会把它们留在那里。我很担心我的行李是否一直安全。

The laundry service was not easy to find, no sign of luggage store. They put my luggages just by the door.. didnt feel safe it was noting like locked or taken to a safe place.they could easily be accessed by anyone who comes to the store. I collected my luggages 30 min earlier than the booking still since they didnt check out through the system status was shown as late for pickup in the app. I would never leave them there f I had another option.. I was worried if my luggages were safe all time..
