At first I thought I had the wrong address, but it turned out to be the right place. The welcome was very poor, especially from one staff member who was quite rude and refused to make any effort to communicate in English. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, as if our presence was a nuisance. They also close early, which makes you feel rushed and stressed about going back in time to collect your belongings. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
