Las Ventas Madrid 附近的行李寄存處

I had an unpleasant experience. The boy who took care of the luggage disappeared when we had to pick up the luggage.

Cel mai prost serviciu. Era să pierdem avionul din cauza personalului care a întârziat 30 de minute, după ce am sunat de mai multe ori si ne tot amâna.

We had the pickup time at 5PM and the guy wasn’t there. He was there around 5:30 which was very late considering we had to catch a flight at 7. We called the guy and he barely understands english or spanish. When he arrived, he was more interested into chatting to people in the neighborhood instead of hurrying up to give us our luggage. Considering we paid almost 100 euros, this was a very terrible experience!

Everything was as expected
