The booking process is super easy. We popped in the day before just to confirm and the guy working did not speak English and when we showed the booking he just shrugged. Slightly worried we still went ahead as chatting with the chat bot on line I wasn’t confident of a refund if we cancelled. On the day it was all fine so I would recommend the website and service. Just note each storage place is clearly independent.

Very convenient for our Airbnb stay. Didn’t find it right away as it wasn’t yet open when we first arrived. Look for a small blue sign when the door is open.

The store was closed when I arrived, had to wait 20 minutes aprox. Would not recommend.
