Employer didn't know what app to use for our reservation.Had to help him/show him the right one. They didn't seem to be much interestet in general. Location seemed kind of odd. The Bag is stored under the Desk and not in a seperate Locker . Location is easy accessable, 24/7 open. Pickup went as planned , no problems .

easy to find, friendly staff. I have used this location before and will continue to do so when visiting London.

Great location, right opposite Lambeth North tube and not far from Waterloo. Staff didn’t really seem to understand the process and seemed confused when I arrived. Eventually showing my qr code seemed to work and was able to drop my rucksack off. When I went to collect my bag, the staff again seemed to struggle with the service they offer, and eventually a member of staff understood why I was there and for my bag. Next time will pay more and go to a train station!
