After my first location was not open at the time of my booking, I had to deal with the customer service messenger. While it was a little slow (probably more because I was stressed, standing outside in the rain at 6am) I was rebooked to the nearest location. Got there easily, but the new location was harder to find as no obvious street signage and I walked by it a few times. They stored my bag (didn’t check any booking details though) and I easily collected it 10 days later. It was safely locked
