Tutto molto semplice e organizzato, dalla consegna al ritiro, e soprattutto abbiamo trovato personale gentile, disponibile e super professionale. I bagagli sono stati custoditi con cura e ci siamo sentiti tranquilli nel lasciarli lì, permettendoci di goderci la giornata senza doverci preoccupare delle valigie. It was difficult to find using the Google Map directions. Especially when it is on the lower floor and not in an obvious location.

Easy and efficient. Like other said it would have been hard to find, however thanks to everyone else’s instructions and pictures we walked right up and dropped off our bags.

The company signage (Radical Storage) is barely visible. Dropping off and picking up our luggage went very smoothly. Unfortunately, the pickup wasn't recorded and I was charged an additional fee. I received an immediate response to my complaint via the app, and the matter was resolved within a few hours.
