Useful but expensive

This was a useful service now that railway stations don't have left luggage, but the headline price is misleading. It was an extra £3 to have a flexible collection time, and the more for insurance that appears to be compulsory.

The gentleman was so kind to help us with our luggage and was sympathetic of how you it feels to be chucked out so early walking around with a heavy load before your holiday ends. Amazing service

Excellent!!

I admit I was a bit dubious about leaving our luggage especially as I realised it was at a small vape shop, (nothing against vape shops btw, I use them regulary!!) But the guy couldn't have been more accommodating & friendly & went above & beyond to help us as our luggage was big & heavy. I really appreciated having this as an option in between leaving our accomodation & train times & being able to stay longer in Brighton. Will definately use this service again. I highly recommend
