Booking the service was very easy, and also the baggage drop-off/pick-up experience extremely quick and intuitive thanks to the QR code. The store contracted with the service was in my case a newsstand/bookstore inside the station, so a safe and recommendable place. The price of the service in my opinion is a bit excessive especially when it comes to leaving luggage for a few hours (it should be commensurate with time), but overall I am satisfied.

Il negozio convenzionato con il servizio era nel mio caso una edicola/libreria all'interno della stazione, quindi un luogo sicuro e raccomandabile. Il prezzo del servizio a mio parere è un po' eccessivo specie quando si tratta di lasciare il bagaglio per poche ore (andrebbe commisurato in base al tempo), ma nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatta.

Great welcome in the store. Very convenient and close to the metro. The person in charge took our photo and our belongings are stored in a room at the back of the store.

Easy to find, just 5 minutes down the road from Pisa Station. Helpful staff member who showed us where to store it. Luggage storage was just off the reception area. Felt secure enough, however there was no identification to say whose suitcase was whose, so felt like someone could take any suitcase. Good value for money. Ideal, would recommend :)
