This was my first experience with such luggage storage option. The whole process is very easy and fast. All done online.
The storage place itself is a grocery shop not far from Vienna central station. It's around 8 mins walk from there and a nice walk away from Belweder Museum.
I left my luggage for 4h. All went well.
For those with trust issues I suggest having a luggage with a lock, but not because the place looks not trustworthy, just to have your full peace of mind ????

Good welcome. Great location (right next to the metro station), luggage locked away so it's safe, pick-up and drop-off smooth and fast. Really great for walking around without having to lug your suitcase around all day. 13 euros for 2 large suitcases is a little expensive, but it's enough to get the most out of an extra day's sightseeing.
Bon accueil. Bien situé (juste à côté de la station de métro), bagages enfermés sous clef donc en sécurité, prise en charge et restitution fluides et rapides. Vraiment top pour se promener sans avoir à tirer sa valise toute la journée. 13 euros pour 2 grosses valises c'est un petit peu cher mais pour profiter à fond d'une journée de visite supplémentaire, ça va.
