I was really pleased with this service; the man in charge of handling the luggage was very kind and friendly! The service is run by a hotel, so you simply go in and leave your luggage with him, and he takes it to a designated room. Highly recommended!

Mi sono trovata molto bene con questo servizio, il signore che si occupava di gestire i bagagli era molto gentile e simpatico! Il servizio viene effettuato da un hotel, quindi si entra e si lascia il proprio bagaglio al signore che lo mette in una stanza apposita. Consigliato!

It’s very convenient because it’s open 24 hours a day, and it’s not far from the Porta Susa train station. The staff is lovely—they let me use the restroom to change before my trip—and they’re warm and very welcoming. I highly recommend it :)

Très accessible car c’est ouvert 24h/24h, et c’est pas loin de la gare Porta Susa. Personnel adorable, ils m’ont laissée utiliser les toilettes pour me changer avant mon voyage, ils sont chaleureux et très accueillants. Je recommande :)
