After a quick online booking, it was perfect for storing luggage in a city where this service doesn't seem to be readily available elsewhere. The owners of the grocery store hosting the service are very friendly and professional. They'll tell you the closing time when you drop off your luggage. Arriving around 11:00-11:30 AM, I couldn't say what the opening hours are: it might be a good idea to call the day before to check.

Friendly efficient service. Open very late for collection. Just two mins from Waterloo mainline station concourse via jubilee line station entrance. Much cheaper than inside the station.
