She was very nice person which made the experience satisfying. The storage located on the second floor and I couldn't find the elevator, I had to use the stairs but it was ok. Highly recommended!

Great. Very easy to arrange and very close to Maxwell MRT station. Didn't realise there was a lift until we collected our cases though so dragged them upstairs!
