Shop owner who looked after our bags was courteous, efficient and our bags were locked. Location was easy to find and fairly close to our Airbnb which helped. Price was better than ‘normal’ storage shops plus our bags were very bulky so it suited us better. Would use again

Two cabin overhead locker suitcases were left in a shop behind the counter with a locked chain around them. This left us feeling quite worried about leaving our cases. Returned to collect later that afternoon and we paid extra for a flexible collection time but had to wait 15 minutes for shop owner to return. This caused us anxiety as we were catching a flight. No apology was given to us. Cases were fine but in future I will book a locker to leave my luggage in just for my own peace of mind.
