Store staff person didn’t scan in my QR code on reservation. This left me wondering about their safety and accountability. Told me to take a picture of a competitor’s tag on my bag (Bounce) with the #3 to indicate number of bags I had. There is NO Radical Storage signage on front of store, only Bounce. Wasn’t comfortable thinking there was little to no indication that the store contracted with Radical Storage. The store location was convenient to Amtrak (Kings Street Station).
